The Director of Operations (DOO) is a key protector for the growing expansion of the business. This manager is the master of systems, consistently seeking new, innovative, and efficient business processes that save time and money. As a key leader the DOO will be the backbone of our brokerage, ensuring smooth daily operations, improving systems and processes, and supporting the leadership team in executing the company’s strategic goals. You will play a key role in managing both the administrative and operational aspects of the business, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring our agents and staff have the tools and resources they need to succeed. This person exhibits a drive to use systems as a strategic tool for creating an advantage for the organization. This individual will have some ability to show patience in finding a solution, though accomplishing the objective is more important for this person than using one specific process. Compensation • Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 • Paid Time Off • Potential Benefits Stipend • Professional Development Budget Responsibilities: Job Standards Primary Objectives Operational Leadership • Manage and develop all administrative team members • Oversee company marketing processes, procedures and strategy. • Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment. • Own and continuously improve systems for our agents and operations. • Build and maintain an Operations Manual and training videos for all internal systems. Training, Accountability & Systemization • Ensure all agents are trained and using all systems and services effectively. • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective workflows across all departments • Implement and optimize systems, processes, and technology to improve productivity and profitability • Lead performance reviews, accountability check-ins, and cross-departmental alignment. Strategic Growth & Business Scaling • Collaborate with Director of Career Services & Education to manage and scale concierge services and programs including the Media Center and Education Center. • Forecast and develop new opportunities for ancillary income that support the business model. • Collaborate closely with the founder to scale the organization through increased agent count and infrastructure optimization. • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute business strategies • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and performance metrics • Foster community partnerships & sponsorships • Coordinate the recruitment, training, and development of staff and agents • Maintain a strong focus on agent satisfaction and operational excellence • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to operational staff and agents • Monitor market trends and competition to adjust operational strategies accordingly Management Responsibilities • Lead all administrative staff, holding them accountable to high standards and aligned results. • Ensure all new team members — admin or agent — are onboarded thoroughly and consistently.
