    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Director of Operations to lead and optimize our operational strategies, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes, policies, and team.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Process Streamlining:
      Create and optimize operational workflows, implementing best practices across the organization to maximize productivity and minimize redundancy.

    • Operational Metrics:
      Establish KPIs and ensure accountability for high-performance standards. Regularly analyze data to provide insights and guide senior management decisions.

    • System and Staff Management:
      Oversee operational systems and staffing, ensuring optimal placement and continuous improvement of interdepartmental processes.

    • Contract and Risk Management:
      Manage contracts and collaborate with departments to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

    • Human Resources Oversight:
      Work with HR to facilitate employee relations, talent acquisition, performance reviews, and maintain policies aligned with business goals.

    • Cross-Department Collaboration:
      Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating productive meetings and ensuring cohesive operations.

    • Budget Management:
      Oversee staffing and operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal value in agreements.
