    We are seeking an assertive, organized, detail-oriented, and ambitious individual to join The Carroll Group as a Director of Operations. This is not your typical 9-to-5 role; you will be working closely with the company owner as their right hand, providing support at all times. The ideal candidate is confident, goal-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about problem-solving and thinking outside the box. Building and optimizing systems is a crucial aspect of this role. The ideal candidate is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the employees in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader/manager within the organization. As the success of the business grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional department members to ensure all administrative tasks of the CEO continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency. They will also be responsible for leading the sales team from a systems/accountability standpoint. Compensation: • Salary range $80,000 - $90,000 • Bonus potential • Referral opportunities Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact between the owner and internal/external parties, managing communication and ensuring smooth operations. • Oversee and optimize the company’s operational systems, processes, and infrastructure to enhance efficiency and productivity. • Lead strategic initiatives and special projects, ensuring timely and successful completion. • Manage and prioritize the owner's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents for accuracy and completeness. • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures. • Coordinate and manage events, from team meetings to client presentations, ensuring all logistics are handled. • Perform market research and analysis to support business development and strategy planning. • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism. • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Director of Operations or Executive Assistant role. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the owner and the business. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to support the owner and the team. • A real estate license or willingness to obtain one is a plus.
