    We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Operations in downtown Jacksonville, Florida! Our firm specializes in immigration law, family law and criminal defense helping good people make their home in the greatest country in the world! We are searching for a proactive leader who is dedicated to delivering exceptional operational excellence at our Firm and ensuring the development and management of a large team to success. This is not a position for an office manager. Responsibilities: • Holds team accountable based on measurable KPI's • Manages office facilities and office supply inventory • Assists the Owner with recruitment, hiring, personnel, and general human resources operations • Handles training and onboarding for new employees • Supervises the work of the non-lawyer support staff and vendors • Administers payroll (verifying work hours, leave time, overtime) and benefits • Oversees the Firm’s case management, contact management, and document management • Creates, implements, improves, and makes sure everyone is following the Firm's policies and procedures • Prepares Dashboards and Status Reports for the Owner and future Administrator • Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Qualifications: • Prior supervisory experience, preferably a staff of 20+ people • Employee engagement and leadership, supervision, and termination • Managing bookkeepers, accountants, understanding of financial controls, technology services, and other vendors • Managing projects to ensure they are resolved successfully, on time, and on budget • Implementation of policies, systems, and procedures • Bi-lingual in english and spanish is a plus Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 + bonus
