In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Residential Property Management division, focusing on excellence in Leasing, Resident Experience, Client Relations, and Customer Support. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless operations, surpass stakeholder expectations, and maximize financial performance. Qualifications: • At least 5 years of experience in property management, including work with third-party owners. • A proven track record of leading and mentoring diverse teams to achieve outstanding results. • Strong communication skills to build trust and establish effective relationships. • A customer-first approach paired with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Expertise in using KPIs and analytics to guide strategy and improve outcomes. • Thorough knowledge of industry regulations and fair housing standards. • A proactive and organized mindset, capable of managing competing priorities. • Availability to work on-site in Roselle, IL, Monday through Friday. Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 yearly
