As the Director of Residential Property Management, you will lead the Property Management team, overseeing key departments such as Leasing, Client Management, Resident Experience, and Customer Service. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in property management, especially with third-party owners. • 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring diverse teams. • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and hold teams accountable to achieve results. • Strong interpersonal skills for building trust and collaboration across teams. • Customer-focused mindset with exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in using data and KPIs to guide decisions and optimize performance. • Strong understanding of property management laws, fair housing regulations, and industry best practices. • Availability to work on-site at the Roselle office Monday through Friday. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on achieving results.
