Responsibilities: • Lead Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, online research, direct mail, and referrals. • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. • Negotiation: Conduct thorough property evaluations and negotiate purchase agreements with property owners to secure favorable terms. • Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of leads and prospects, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups. • Market Analysis: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape. • Contract Management: Prepare, review, and execute purchase contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. • Closing Deals: Oversee the closing process, coordinating with legal, finance, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth and timely transactions. • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular reports on lead status, negotiations, and closed deals. • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions. • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads. • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals. • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs. • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads. Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate acquisition, sales, or a related field. • Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess property values and market conditions. • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. • Familiarity with real estate laws, contracts, and regulations. • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Applicants should have a high school diploma, or bachelor’s degree desired. Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
