Hiring and Training: • Recruit, hire, and onboard new agents at the hub. • Develop and implement training programs to enhance agent skills and knowledge. Coaching and Accountability: • Provide ongoing coaching and support to agents, holding them accountable for their performance. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Sales Performance: • Maintain a significant personal sales business as a top producer on The Scott Varley Team. • Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring they are met or exceeded. Client Consultation: • Consult with clients to ensure exceptional service throughout the real estate transaction process. • Conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses for buyers and sellers. Lead Generation: • Actively prospect for leads and generate business for both the team and individual agents. • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to maximize opportunities. Market Knowledge: • Develop expert knowledge of mortgage financing, local neighborhoods, schools, and homeownership issues. • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to inform sales strategies. Learning and Development: • Commit to personal and team growth by attending and leading training courses. • Facilitate scripts and dialogue practices to improve sales techniques. Communication and Collaboration: • Maintain regular communication with team owners, agents, and clients to foster strong relationships. • Collaborate with other departments to align business strategies and objectives.
