Responsibilities: • Develop strategic plans tailored for property management to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. • Supervise property maintenance operations to ensure adherence to safety regulations for all properties. • Manage a dedicated team of property managers and maintenance partners to ensure seamless operations and high tenant satisfaction levels. • Conduct weekly team meetings to promote accountability and maintain high performance standards. • Utilize market insights and financial analysis to inform decisions regarding property management accounts, leasing strategies, and pricing. • Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors to foster a harmonious work environment. • Lead property management operations with effectiveness and precision. • Uphold Penny Realty's commitment to delivering exceptional service. • Maximize property performance by implementing a strategic vision. • Cultivate strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Drive operational excellence and promote team success within the organization.
