This sales person also understands the customer's needs, answers questions, negotiates, builds relationships, meet sales goals, provides support, and prepares reports. Responsibilities: • Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to your clients • Utilize marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other techniques to continuously seek new business • Consult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performance • Grow customer loyalty while also generating new business by nurturing long-term relationships • Create and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to meet sales team goals and annual sales targets • Write comprehensive and precise sales report • Manage intake calls from potential new clients Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel • Minimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales management • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and best practices Compensation: $35,000 - $55,000 yearly
