Responsibilities: • Work closely with marketing to develop new creative promotional intiatives • Plan and implement training programs. Hold regular skills training sessions for agents • Manage budgets and expenses • Manage the activities and performance of the sales team • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience • Have prior experience in sales • Problem analysis and problem-solving • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented Compensation: $92,000 - $107,500 yearly
