Responsibilities: • Help agents create and practice their sales scripts • Create and implement company budgets and expense reports • Plan and direct sales team training • Oversee the sales team's activities and performance • Develop and identify new business opportunities Qualifications: • Provide advanced negotiation expertise when necessary • Previous sales experience • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred • Team leadership ability • Develop and implement a scalable sales process in its entirety Compensation: 120000+
