    Location: Lynn, MA

    Hours: 20 hrs/wk (Full-time option available depending on candidate's qualifications and interest)

    Pay: $70-80/hour ((rate negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

    NAAM is a non-profit organization which provides social support services to refugees and immigrants residing on the North Shore. The core services include: ESOL classes, employment assistance and job coaching, skills training, case management, after-school and summer programming for youth and children K-12, citizenship assistance and civics/history classes.

    The Wellness Clinic Program Director will oversee the design and delivery of all components of behavioral health services offered at the NAAM Wellness Clinic. The ideal candidate must be a licensed behavioral health professional with expertise in trauma-informed care. This role includes managing internal and external client referrals, developing client assessment tools, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration between program teams. This position can be combined with other leadership roles and responsibilities, including providing individual counseling, leading group therapy/support sessions, and contributing to case management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead the development and implementation of trauma-informed behavioral health programs, including individual therapy, group therapy, and wellness programs.

    Oversee the referral process, ensuring that clients are directed to appropriate internal and external services in a timely manner.

    Collaborate with internal program teams (wellness, youth programming, case management) and external partners to develop a network of resources and services to meet client needs.

    Develop and implement client assessment tools and strategies for ongoing program evaluation.

    Supervise the collection and maintenance of client personal documents and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

    Prepare program reports for funders and stakeholders, demonstrating outcomes and impact.

    Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure strong communication and coordination between behavioral health, wellness, and case management components.

    Provide guidance and support to staff on best practices for trauma-informed and culturally sensitive service delivery.

    Additional Possibilities: The Behavioral Health Services Director role can be combined with providing direct counseling services, leading group therapy/support sessions, and supporting case management if the candidate possesses the appropriate qualifications and interest.

    Qualifications:

    Licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD).

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in trauma-informed behavioral health services.

    Experience in program management and staff supervision.

    Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple program components.

    Commitment to serving diverse populations, particularly refugees and trauma survivors.

    Ability to adapt program components to consider the cultural specifics and behavioral health needs of individuals and families.
