Position Overview:
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on patient safety and organizational excellence? As the Director of Risk Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.

In this high-impact leadership position, you will:

• Champion Claims Management: Lead the investigation, analysis, and resolution of claims to safeguard our patients and organization.
• Drive Risk Assessment: Evaluate new services and existing operations, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance safety and minimize risks.
• Facilitate Excellence: Oversee system-wide root cause analyses, develop actionable improvement plans, and ensure effective implementation and tracking.
• Lead Patient Safety Initiatives: Manage the Patient Safety Council and integrate the TERM program into a dynamic, forward-thinking risk management strategy.
• Collaborate Strategically: Partner with department leaders and the executive team to design and execute impactful risk reduction strategies.
• Provide Expert Guidance: Serve as a trusted resource on regulatory standards and compliance processes, ensuring the organization meets and exceeds expectations.
