    East End Studios is a leading provider of production studio and office spaces, catering to the entertainment industry. As we expand our operations, we seek a dynamic and results-driven Director, Stage Management and Equipment to oversee all studio Operations, drive Equipment and Ancillary sales initiatives, and Municipality relations.

    This role will be based at EES Sunnyside.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Oversee all studio related operations from a physical perspective.

    Maintain all staffing procedures and protocols as directed by EESM.

    Drive all sales initiatives related to ancillary sales and equipment sales.

    Maintain key ancillary sales reports and keep the ancillary sales pipeline updated.

    Leverage personal business contacts to assist with stage, office, and event leasing when applicable

    Maintain all staff scheduling and staff reporting from an operations and ancillary sales perspective

    Support client relationships through studio coordination and client tracking reports.

    Assist with all facilities production initiatives from a studio services point of view.

    Oversee manage and report all studio operations AP, including but not limited to 3rd party studio service contracts, facilities maintenance agreements, all 3rd party vendor relationships, all municipality expenses

    Maintain staffing cost in accordance with yearly approved budget

    Assist with planning, producing, and striking of client events at the Studios.

    Develop and implement strategies to enhance client experience and engagement.

    Maintain Equipment services procedures and sales strategies including implementing marketing programs

    Provide administrative support on all projects and initiatives, including developing and implementing plans, coordinating efforts, and maintaining systems during prep, build, pre-light, shoot and strike phases of production...as required by client.

    Track progress, prepare reports, and facilitate communication between Opps team and other internal teams and locations at the company.

    Create presentations and other content for company meetings, including tracking reports, Expenses tracking reports and P&L reports associated with ancillary sales and equipment sales agendas.

    Assist with vendor vetting and managing relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals.

    Maintain strong standing and facilitate all relations with local municipalities regarding permitting and operational compliance requirements as mandated by the local government

    Oversee the maintenance of and compliance plan for the physical facility itself.

    Work Regularly with Contract, Sales, and accounting executives to maintain stick adherence to corporate strategies, procedure, and compliance policies.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent a plus in, Business, Communications, or a related field.

    7+ years of experience in Facilities Operations, Sales, business development, preferably in the entertainment, real estate, or production industry.

    Strong understanding of sales pipelines, Equipment management software RT PRO, Rental Works, and CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred) a plus.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

    Proficiency in Production Workflows ranging from Television, Photo, Commercial, Film, digital, Events, necessary.

    A strong background in production equipment including Grip, Lighting, Heavy Equipment, Production supplies, Photo, Comms, Digital production EQ and workflow.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    Experience managing events and sponsorships is a plus.

    Experience with facilities management and compliance

    Strong local municipality relationships a plus

    Deep background with local production crews, producers, executives a plus

    Salary Range $95-105,000
