We are currently seeking a Director of Acquisitions to join our dynamic team.     What we Offer:

    • $60,000 base salary with commission potential of $90,000 -$120,000 per year!

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Achieve a targeted number of inspection company referrals in a 12-month period.
    • Cultivate relationships with current franchisees to promote the value of absorbing independent inspection companies.
    • Maintain an updated pipeline, clearly communicating each candidate's status.
    • Seek assistance, coaching, and strategy planning to meet sales objectives.
    • Effectively manage long-term prospects, investing in leads that may mature over 2–18 months.
    • Follow up promptly with candidates and key contacts.
    • Conduct outreach to independent inspectors seeking exit strategies.
    • Structure and negotiate deals that facilitate successful tuck-ins.
    • Provide sales forecasts, targeted sales plans, recaps, and projections.
    • Collaborate on advertising and marketing strategies to support tuck-in efforts.
    • Develop pro-formas for both buyers and sellers to streamline the tuck-in process.

    • Proven track record of success in a strategic sales role with defined goals.
    • Experienced with outbound, multi-channel sales efforts.
    • Understanding of basic small business operations and processes.
    • Strong experience in solution-oriented and consultative selling.
