    PDR-Team, Inc. is a growing startup specializing in paintless dent repair (PDR), providing high-quality, cost-effective dent removal services to customers and businesses. As we scale, we need a skilled Director of Administration to lead our back-office team, oversee financial operations, and support client acquisition efforts.

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a proactive and strategic Director of Administration to take ownership of back-office operations, invoicing, marketing, and overall efficiency. This role is crucial in driving business growth by ensuring smooth internal processes and supporting external business development efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Back-Office Team Leadership

    Lead and manage the back-office team, ensuring strong collaboration, efficiency, and alignment with company goals.

    Optimize internal processes to improve operational effectiveness.

    HR & Talent Acquisition

    Find, recruit, and onboard new talent to strengthen the team.

    Oversee HR processes, employee documentation, and compliance with labor regulations.

    Finance & Accounting Oversight

    Supervise the accounting team and ensure accurate financial transactions.

    Monitor invoicing, budgeting, and financial controls to maintain business stability.

    CRM & Software Management

    Actively support the development and optimization of the company’s CRM and software tools.

    Improve efficiency through better technology integration.

    Marketing & Client Acquisition Support

    Oversee marketing efforts to ensure alignment with business development goals.

    Support the sales team by ensuring proper marketing tools and outreach strategies.

    Supplier & Vendor Management

    Oversee supplier relationships, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service alignment with business needs.

    Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.

    Proven experience in team leadership and business operations.

    Background in the automotive industry or insurance claims is a plus.

    Strong sales and negotiation skills.

    Ability to quickly comprehend and adapt to new challenges.

    Willingness to travel extensively during hail season.

    Benefits & Perks:

    Base Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 per year

    Health Insurance Contribution: $5,000 – $7,000 per year (partially employer-covered)

    401(k) Retirement Match: Up to 3% of salary ($2,000 – $3,000 per year)

    Paid Time Off (PTO): 10–15 days per year

    Profit-Based Bonus: Up to $5,000 – $15,000 per year

    Professional Development Budget: $1,000 – $2,000 per year (for training and certifications)

    Growth Path:

    This role offers a path to becoming a COO or CEO, gaining strategic leadership experience and contributing to high-level business decisions.

    Total Compensation Package:

    $90,000 – $95,000 per year (including salary + benefits)
