DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS – Shreveport
Join our Team! We are a Career Technical College with schools in Arkansas and Louisiana looking for a Director of Admissions for the Shreveport area. The Director of Admissions will manage a team of Admissions Officers helping them to achieve or exceed goals. The Director of Admissions is responsible for leading the team to work in an efficient, effective, and ethical manner, while at all times being compliant with regulations and school policy.
Job Requirements
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree Required
3+ years of experience in management and sales, customer service, or staffing required
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and support a team of Admissions Officers to meet or exceed goals
Conduct on-going training and accurately measure performance of each team member
Payroll, hiring, observing and evaluating team members
Work with and report to the Regional Director of Admissions
Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs & database programs (CampusVue preferred)
Proven Leader that can motivate and coach a team to meet or exceed goals
