Location: Durham, NC (Remote)
Compensation: $79,300 - $87,752
The person in this position is the subject matter expert for the Community Support Team and SUD services and supervision throughout the agency. The person in this position will provide clinical and financial oversight and support to two sites at the agency. The person in this role will assist with the development, implementation, functioning, and growth of programs and services for adults at Carolina Outreach, LLC. The person in this position encourages New Growth and provides technical assistance and hands-on support to Site Managers as needed. In addition, the person in this role serves as the subject matter expert for Housing Services and the Transition to Community Living program and coordinates with the MCO staff and community housing programs on behalf of the agency. The person in this position will provide individual and group clinical supervision and case consultation to staff, as well as crisis management response to and with staff, and will serve as needed as a back-up to staff for their clients. This position is exempt. This position is intended to be 100% administrative duties.
