    Director of Advisory Services

    A growing Investment Advisory firm is seeking a Director of Advisory Services to lead and develop our Advisory Team across multiple office locations. This role is ideal for a growth-oriented leader who excels in coaching, mentoring, and managing sales teams. The Director will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and increase profitability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices to ensure process reliability, long-term growth, and client satisfaction.
    • Align client engagement strategies with company values and culture to foster team development and revenue growth.
    • Identify, refine, and leverage best practices for client management.
    • Recruit, manage, and coach Advisors to achieve profitable growth.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and success within the Advisory Team.
    • Develop and deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts while identifying opportunities to build sales pipelines.
    • Track and report key performance metrics to the leadership team.
    • Mentor Advisors to exceed sales goals and sustain long-term success.
    • Provide training and support on sales strategies, lead conversion, and client relationship management.
    • Hire, onboard, and provide ongoing coaching for new Advisors to ensure growth and success.
    • Create and implement training content for ongoing professional development.
    • Establish and monitor weekly and quarterly goals to drive consistent performance.
    • Report performance metrics to leadership and ensure team accountability on sales goals and administrative tasks.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing sales teams.
    • Strong ability to implement sales strategies and drive business growth.
    • Experience in coaching and mentoring to foster a high-performance culture.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
    • Financial services experience is not required for the right candidate.
