    For the Director of Behavioral Health, we offer the following compensation package:

    • $121,000 - $170,000 + (Depending on Experience)

    Job Responsibilities

    • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
    • No On-Call
    • No Weekends
    • 70% Clinical And 30% Administration
    • Answer Calls and Text from Team Members
    • Responsible For Providing Leadership, Oversight and Direction to The Behavioral Health Program
    • Works Collaboratively with The Director of Medical Services to Ensure Adequate Staffing of The Medication For Opiate Use Disorder Program
    • Works Collaboratively With The Director Of Medical Services To Develop And Maintain Adequate Staffing
    • Responsible For The Administration And Monitoring Of Behavioral Health Program Policies, Protocols, Procedures, And Standards.

    Job Requirements

    We are looking for a dedicated and professional Director of Behavioral Health who is committed to providing exceptional patient care and service. It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Current Ohio State License as a Ph. D or Psy. D
    • Minimum Of 5 Years of Related Experience in Behavioral Health
    • A Minimum of 3 Years in A Senior Level Position with Supervisory Responsibility or Managerial Experience in Mental Health or Substance-Use Related Field
    • BLS Certification
    • Must Be Able to Travel Between Locations as Needed
    • Experience In Community Health or Public Health Clinic Setting (Preferred)
    • Experience Working in An Integrated Behavioral Health Model of Care (Preferred)
    • Experience Working with Electronic Medical Records (Preferred)
