Salary and Benefits
- Exempt Salary: 66,000-105,000 based on experience.
- Health Insurance – Employer covers 95% of employee premium.
- Dental Insurance – Employer covers 95% of employee premium.
- Employer Pays 50% of dependent premium for medical and dental.
- Life Insurance – 1.5x annual salary (up to $50,000)
- Spouse Life Insurance is provided at $5,000.

- Retirement Package – 401(K) with 4% match, Employer contributes 50% of gross salary.

Responsibilities
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
- On call coverage 1-2 months per year.
- Some evenings and weekends for events and external meetings.
- Oversight of clinical managers, clinical programs and community work.
- Assist VP of operations in clinical, administrative, and fiscal coordination of services within Fulton and McDonough County areas.
- Recruit, interview, hire and train new staff.
- Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handle Discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Requirements
- Clear and Active License in the State of Illinois
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Director/Management role within a behavioral health agency.
- Knowledge and experience with Substance Abuse Treatment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
