We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Care Management to lead our team and ensure the highest quality of care for our clients. This role is ideal for a strong leader passionate about building teams, creating efficient workflows, and driving program success.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and oversee a team of Care Managers.
• Training Programs: Develop and implement training initiatives to equip Care Managers with essential skills and knowledge.
• Program Oversight: Create workflows and systems to streamline operations and improve program efficiency.
• Billing Management: Oversee billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate Care Managers’ performance and provide regular feedback and support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in care management or a similar field.
• Strong organizational skills to develop systems and ensure operational efficiency.
• Expertise in training and mentoring teams for consistent improvement.
• Knowledge of billing processes and compliance requirements.
