We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

    Job Description:

    As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing the venue’s sales strategy, developing key relationships with clients, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue goals. You will work closely with other departments to ensure the seamless execution of all events, maintaining our reputation for excellence. Your role will be pivotal in positioning our venue as the top choice for luxury events, from corporate functions to extravagant social celebrations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals of the venue.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with high-end clientele, event planners, corporations, and other key partners to drive repeat and referral business.
    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets while fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
    • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in untapped markets, including corporate, social, and destination event sectors.
    • Contract Negotiations: Oversee the negotiation of contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with the luxury positioning of the venue.
    • Event Coordination Collaboration: Partner with event planning and operations teams to ensure all client expectations are met and exceeded during the event planning and execution stages.
    • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and maximize profitability.
    • Brand Ambassador: Act as the face of the venue at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the venue’s presence and reputation in the market.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (Master's preferred)
    • 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury events, hospitality, or related industries
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-end venue or service environment
    • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive results
    • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
    • Deep understanding of luxury market trends and client expectations
    • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules
    • Passion for delivering unparalleled client experiences
