Compensation Package: $45,000 - $65,000

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000

Quarterly bonus based on performance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Weekly Support/Challenge visits and seasonal evaluations

Building relationships and skill/career development for our team

Scheduling

Recruiting oversight and final hiring decisions

Curriculum management

Retreat, seasonal meetings, and workshops

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree

College level playing or coaching experience

Familiarity with Mac products and operating systems

Experience coaching the 'Soccer Shots Way'
