    Soccer Shots Buffalo is on the hunt for a Director of Coaching—someone who can recruit, train, and manage a top-tier coaching team while keeping our programs running at full throttle.

    What’s the Gig?

    You’ll be leading a team of 20+ coaches across WNY, ensuring every session delivers high-energy, high-quality soccer instruction to kids aged 2-7. This is about impact—not just kicking a ball but shaping young lives and leaving a lasting impression on families.

    Who Are We?

    Soccer Shots is the nation’s premier youth soccer program, blending skill-building with character development. Since 2011, Soccer Shots Buffalo has served families from Niagara Falls to Hamburg, operating out of our Grand Island, NY office.

    What You’ll Do

    Coach Leadership & Development

    • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of coaches

    • Ensure coaching excellence—evaluate, mentor, and develop talent

    • Run dynamic training sessions & seasonal meetings to keep coaches sharp

    • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and performance reviews to maintain consistency

    • Step in as a coach (5-10 sessions per week as needed)

    Business Operations & Growth

    • Manage coaching schedules, time-off requests, and seasonal staffing plans

    • Oversee budgets for equipment, gear, and training needs

    • Implement systems for accountability, tracking performance, and continuous improvement

    • Drive high Net Promoter Scores (NPS)—ensuring Soccer Shots remains the top choice for families

    What You Need to Bring

    • Leadership experience—you’ve managed and motivated teams before

    • Exceptional communication skills—text, email, phone, in-person, all of it

    • Organization & problem-solving skills—you keep the chaos in check

    • A passion for building company culture and leading with purpose

    • The ability to thrive in both team settings and solo projects

    • Reliable, high-energy attitude—kids need you to bring it every day

    The Fine Print

    • Full-time, 40 hours per week

    • Non-traditional hours—some evenings and weekends required

    • Performance reviewed at 60 days, then quarterly

    • Background check & child abuse clearance required
