General Requirements:

Identify growth opportunities in the market and continue to grow brand presence locally and nationally. Additionally, lead cross departmental initiatives to optimize systems, retain quality standards and grow revenue streams.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Work with importers to bring fresh crop green coffee for single origins

Approve PSS and arrival samples for future contract green coffees

Coordinate with marketing, design and sales team to grow wholesale and online business

Manage, maintain and update our Shopify site

Perform quality control checks in various outlets across the company

Develop profiles for new that met the diverse customer base demands

Manage inventory of commissary, warehouse and roastery

Process and fulfill orders as needed

Invoice keystone accounts through various platforms

Forecast green coffee needs

Maintain supplier relations

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Must be able to lift 30 to 50lbs

Compensation and Benefits:

Full-time position expected to work Monday through Friday with occasional weekends as needed. Expected to work from our Springdale General location and travel to local cafe locations as needed/required.

Base salary: $50,000 yearly

Preferred Qualifications:

Specialty Coffee experience

Understanding of the C market and how it works

Excellent organization and planning skills

Forklift license/ certificate
