Director of Construction – Atlanta, GA

A well-established commercial general contractor located just outside the I-285 perimeter in Northwest Atlanta is seeking a Director of Construction to join its executive leadership team. This firm specializes in K-12, Healthcare, Commercial, and Multifamily projects across the Southeast.

This role is ideal for a proven leader who can oversee operations, drive business development, and lead project teams. The company has a strong backlog of work and is looking for a strategic hire to elevate its market presence and project execution.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Atlanta, GA – Just outside the Perimeter, with easy access to major highways and business districts
• Base Salary: $150K – $200K + performance incentives
• Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor project teams, working closely with senior leadership
• Business Development: Expand relationships in K-12, Healthcare, Commercial, and Multifamily sectors
• Project Oversight: Lead preconstruction, scheduling, budgeting, and execution

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and operations
