• Ideally 10 years of experience in paralegal, contracts management, and property management, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Proficiency in legal research, contract negotiation, and document review.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience with property management systems and legal compliance software is a plus.
