    Director of Digital Marketing

    A fast-growing company in the IT automation space is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to develop and execute global marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience across digital marketing channels, marketing automation, and demand generation.

    The ideal candidate will be skilled in leveraging modern marketing tools to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth while ensuring alignment with key performance metrics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute inbound and outbound digital marketing programs to drive business growth and new customer acquisition.

    • Optimize and manage website properties to enhance digital presence and user experience.

    • Identify opportunities to drive upsell and cross-sell within the existing customer base.

    • Create targeted digital campaigns aligned with the buyer’s journey and demand generation best practices.

    • Utilize marketing technology to automate and scale personalized marketing initiatives.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • 10+ years of experience in B2B inbound marketing, including lead generation, campaign execution, and performance measurement.

    • Proven expertise in managing corporate websites and executing digital marketing strategies.

    • Experience leading and mentoring marketing teams.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and apply them strategically.

    • Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to drive initiatives across teams.

    • A creative and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.

    Technical Expertise:

    • Hands-on experience with digital marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

    • Proficiency in website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Typo3, Shopify).

    • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization strategies.

    • Experience with paid media strategies, account-based marketing, email marketing, and landing page optimization.

    • Familiarity with tools such as DemandBase, GA4, and Salesforce is a plus.
