    Primary Responsibilities:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with families, staff, and vendors.

    Foster a safe, enjoyable culture in a fast-paced environment.

    Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum and passionately communicate its teaching principles.

    Participate in the recruitment and selection of teaching staff and coordinate their training using Continual Learning Guides.

    Ensure all teacher training requirements are met and conduct classroom observations to support Balanced Learning® implementation.

    Collaborate with the Leadership Team to provide feedback and design plans for teacher development and continual improvement.

    Driving maximum enrollment while maintaining effective cost control to ensure long-term success.

    Empower teachers to problem-solve and create a culture of engagement.

    Maintain confidentiality and oversee inventory of school resources and supplies.

    Perform essential functions across all school positions as needed, including Leadership Team, Teacher, and School Cook roles.

    Nurture a child’s first five years by:

    Fostering a supportive culture within the school that benefits staff, families, and children alike.

    Cultivating a safe, healthy environment that prioritizes the well-being of everyone in the school community.

    Mastering the essential functions of each role to provide guidance, support, and inspiration to your team.

    Managing the daily operations of the school with efficiency and care.

    Our ideal candidate has:

    A deep commitment to fostering positive relationships with families, the community, and the Primrose team.

    A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the classroom or teaching role (Master's degree or higher preferred).

    A passion for creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment that supports children's growth and development.

    Strong communication and leadership skills to guide and support both students and staff.

    Dedication to upholding the Primrose philosophy and ensuring a high standard of education and care.

    Salary Range: 75,000 to 95,000

    Shift Schedule: 9:00am to 6:00pm, but you will need to have flexibility between 7:00am and 6:00pm as needed.
