What You’ll Do:

• Build and lead a highly responsive engineering team, collaborating with customers from project inception to final commissioning.
• Develop design and product standards for both custom-engineered and standardized systems.
• Improve and optimize existing water heaters, heat recovery, and wastewater equipment.
• Construct and execute a technology roadmap for future innovations.
• Provide expert technical support for field inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Foster a lean culture, driving efficiency through Kaizen, value stream mapping, and standard work.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, ensuring professional growth and operational excellence.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience, with expertise in heat transfer, combustion, and wastewater treatment.
• Experience managing engineered-to-order projects and leading multidiscipline teams.
• Strong understanding of process equipment, instrumentation, and controls.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ASME, AWS, UL, NSF, NEC, NFPA, IEC (PE certification a plus).
