    Director of Facilities Engineering

    13 Week Contract

    100% On-Site

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    • Direct responsibility for Facilities Engineering and Maintenance, Building Life Safety, and New Construction & Renovation Project Planning Management across client owned sites.
    • Actively participate in strategic planning, leveraging project management skills, analytical ability, sound judgment, and strong operational focus.
    • Manage and organize financial operating budgets for multiple departments.
    • Lead and mentor staff effectively, fostering collaboration across all levels of the organization.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain processes and documentation to ensure compliance with Joint Commission Utility Management, Environment of Care, and Life Safety standards, as well as other regulatory requirements.
    • Serve as Co-Chair for the Environment of Care Committee.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible healthcare facilities leadership experience preferred.
    • Required: MA Construction Supervisor License (Unrestricted) or Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM).
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, or a minimum of five years at a Director level in engineering, maintenance, and construction for healthcare facility planning or a related field.
    • Experience in operations and construction management within an automated healthcare setting.
    • Proven ability to manage and implement large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, along with strong mentoring, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Must have own vehicle for travel.
