Overview:

This is a rapidly growing post-acute Cardiology, Nephrology, and Pulmonology established practice.

We are seeking a Facility Relations Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interactions between the Nursing facilities, primary physicians, and the providers, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Duties:

• Provide exceptional support by visiting multiple facilities and patient care teams
• Maintain communication and assure quality care with the primary physicians and CRT specialty care

Qualifications:

-3 years medical background required

• Previous experience in post-acute care or home health care is required

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with administration and physicians

• Strong medical background

• Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
