A long standing non-profit in the Barrington, RI area is in need of a Director of Finance to oversee their small but mighty accounting department and deliver financial reports and strategic direction to their collaborative and open leadership team. The organization has multiple locations, several revenue streams and on-going/future initiatives, so its an exciting time to join the organization. This hire will be fundamental to the success of the next iteration of this company. 

Must Have Skills

• Strong interpersonal/communication skills
• Experience going through a single point audit
• Experience implementing best practices, efficiencies, etc.
• Experience leading and managing an accounting team

• Grant Management experience 
• Project/Construction Management experience
• Expertise with QuickBooks
