A well-established provider of construction-related leasing services is seeking a warm, results-driven financial leader who understands the dynamics of tool leasing or construction operations. This role will oversee a team of 3 bookkeepers to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience managing loans, mergers, and acquisitions, with a problem-solving, execution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance team to close monthly books accurately and on time.
- Oversee diverse revenue streams ensuring financials match operational goals.
- Develop new processes and implement consistent reporting systems.
- Engage with banks and lenders for loans, financial structuring, and strategy.
- Problem-solve issues without rigid systems—“think on your feet” mentality.
- Report directly to ownership while contributing to long-term strategic planning.
Preferred:
- Experience with loans, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Ability to oversee bookkeepers and hold the team accountable for timely results.
- Strong background in construction or tool leasing financial management.
