Director of Finance

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an exciting opportunity for a Director of Finance in Miami, FL. This unique role involves serving as a financial leader for a health center on an on-demand model for one year starting January 2025. You’ll manage day-to-day financial operations while ensuring compliance and financial stability.

Salary and Benefits

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and audits
• Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls
• Collaborate on Value-Based Care initiatives and ACO operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of FQHC experience (5 years preferred)
• Master’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred (CPA not required)
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management, grants compliance, and financial systems
• Local candidates preferred
