    What You’ll Do:

    As a key member of the Executive Committee, you will:

    • Lead financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
    • Safeguard hotel assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance
    • Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including ownership, and corporate leadership
