We are looking for a zany, exuberant, and friendly receptionist to join our dynamic team at a Signarama Evansville! As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll be the heartbeat of our office, bringing a vibrant energy that sets the tone for every interaction. Your role will involve greeting customers with a big smile, answering phone calls with enthusiasm, managing the front desk, and providing support to the team in a fast-paced, fun environment. You'll create a welcoming atmosphere by juggling multiple tasks while keeping things lighthearted and stress-free.

In addition to your bubbly personality, you will help organize appointments, manage client inquiries, and ensure that our office runs smoothly. Whether it's chatting with customers about their custom signage needs, ensuring deliveries are on time, or maintaining a tidy, organized front area, you’ll make sure every client feels at home. Your sense of humor, positive attitude, and passion for making people feel great will be key in helping us create a memorable experience for our customers.
