Director of Fleet and Heavy Truck Sales - Transportation - Base Salary to 180k/year - Baltimore, MD

The Director of Fleet and Heavy Truck Sales will be responsible for managing all Sales activities for medium and heavy duty truck parts and accessories, as well as all equipment serving on-highway and vocational markets.
Responsibilities:
Truck ordering review and stocking management leading to inventory efficiency.
Train and supervise a team of New and Used sales representatives to ensure a unified sales force.
Establish and track clear sales objectives and work with team members to achieve goals.
Create a distinct sales process and marketing strategies for sales personnel to follow.
Maintain and expand customer base by counseling sales team, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.
Qualifications:
5+ years' people management experience, required
Experience selling new and used commercial trucks, parts, and services, required
