We are looking for a Director of Fulfillment to join our team in a role based in Jacksonville, FL at our domestic 3PL warehouse. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing our 3PL, establishing expectations and labor requirements for fulfillment, receiving, transfer, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, P&L management skills, and planning abilities. The Director of Fulfillment will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily US 3PL activities on warehouse floor including receiving, shipping, space organization, and inventory management
• Coordinate timely operation of fulfillment functions with excellent quality and efficiency
• Provide quantitative feedback & deliverables to management
• Initiate process improvements to improve quality, introduce efficiency, and reduce cost
• Ensure daily deliverables are met - most critically shipping on time and in good condition - fulfillment needs of the business
• Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Lean initiatives to enable their functional area and ultimately the distribution center to meet and exceed business plans
• Work with internal teams for planning and forecasting of volume and develop strategic plans to ensure fulfillment and kitting production capacities, capabilities, and staffing can meet the daily and weekly demands
• Monitors project progress, incorporates resolutions to potential project delays, and communicates project status to leadership on a timely basis
• Deep dive EU fulfillment and develop strategy for improvement
• Manage Jacksonville team performance and coaching
• P/L responsibility, able to understand expenses and manage a budget plan

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree plus at least 3-5+ years of supervisory or management experience (which includes Distribution & Warehouse) preferably at a consumer goods company servicing a mass market retailer
• Domestic and International Fulfillment Experience
• 3PL management experience
• Hands on manager who can operate with limited direction
• Strong leadership and presence
• Strong data analytical skills
• Strong technical system skills with experience working within ERP and WMS platforms
