    We are seeking an experienced Director of Health and Wellness in the Alpharetta, GA area.

    This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a compensation package of $75K–$78K and 1% of annual salary per quarter. This role is hiring immediately.

    Qualifications:

    • Active LPN/LVN or RN license
    • 2+ years of experience managing clinical teams in a senior living or healthcare setting
    • Strong leadership and team development skills
    • Experience with EMR/EHR documentation systems
    • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the health and wellness program, ensuring compliance with company standards and state regulations
    • Manage and train staff, scheduling shifts and providing necessary education
    • Coordinate care plans and assessments, ensuring residents receive appropriate levels of care
    • Act as a liaison between residents, families, and staff to ensure quality care
    • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, including incident reporting
    • Manage clinical budgets, including labor costs and supply management
    • Participate in audits, regulatory inspections, and mock surveys
    • Be part of a team that supports respect, teamwork, and collaboration in a positive, rewarding environment
