Director of Healthcare Project Development – Your Impact

You will drive the overall project footprint and business growth in our Healthcare and Life Sciences projects divisions.

• Implement, develop and grow the healthcare and life sciences sectors – bring your strategies, leadership and implementation
• Develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clients (hospitals and healthcare facilities) as well as key stakeholders in the healthcare and life sciences market (architects, general contractors, designers, industry partners)
• Represent and expand the company brand industry events
• Lead high-impact meetings with key stakeholders that result in securing revenue generating projects
• Maintain market awareness of upcoming potential projects in the Houston market available for bids
• Manage and oversee the database of potential projects that align with Company’s strategic focus, ensuring the pipeline is maintained

A successful Director of Healthcare Project Development is someone who understands the construction lifecycle deeply, brings executive presence and a growth mindset.

You know healthcare projects, are well networked with healthcare project contractors, architects and design firms, and are motivated to create lasting impact.

Director of Healthcare Project Development – For You

This position provides you with the growth path into a President or Chief Operations Officer role.

Your compensation will be $175,000 to $250,000 base salary with additional profit sharing on both project performance and company total annual profit.

You will receive medical, dental and vision insurance options provided by the company for you and your family, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401k plan with annual company contribution. Company vehicle stipend provided.
