    We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of Human Resources.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization’s vision, mission, and business objectives.

    • Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to vice presidents and their teams, providing insights and guidance on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning.

    • Change Management: Lead and support large-scale change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with organizational priorities.

    • Talent Strategy: Oversee the design and implementation of talent acquisition, retention, and development programs that attract and grow top talent.

    • Employee Relations: Champion a positive workplace culture by proactively addressing employee relations issues and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

    • Performance Management: Drive a results-oriented performance management system that supports employee growth and organizational success.

    • Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with leadership to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits practices that attract and retain top talent.

    • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.

    • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.

    • 10+ years of progressive HR experience.

    • Proven experience managing strategic HR initiatives within large, matrixed organizations.

    • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to organizational objectives.

    • Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management.

    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

    • Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity while delivering measurable results.

    • Proficiency in HR technology systems and data analytics tools.
