Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization’s vision, mission, and business objectives.
Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to vice presidents and their teams, providing insights and guidance on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning.
Change Management: Lead and support large-scale change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with organizational priorities.
Talent Strategy: Oversee the design and implementation of talent acquisition, retention, and development programs that attract and grow top talent.
Employee Relations: Champion a positive workplace culture by proactively addressing employee relations issues and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Performance Management: Drive a results-oriented performance management system that supports employee growth and organizational success.
Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with leadership to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits practices that attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR experience.
Proven experience managing strategic HR initiatives within large, matrixed organizations.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to organizational objectives.
Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
