The Position: The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy. The Client is offering the following benefits and compensation:
- $80,000 - $100,000+ depending on experience

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience and minimum of 5 years in a managerial role with senior managers.
- An HR Management Certification/PHR/SPHR is Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Serve as an expert resource to employees in all facets of Human Resources.
- Provide concrete, timely and value-added services to include organizational effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, and development planning.
- Advise the CHRO, CEO, and executive leadership team in determining HR needs, setting goals and executing on them as directed.
