We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources with a strong background in Senior Living. This position will be a key member of the leadership team for a wonderful non profit senior living organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification a plus).
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee training.
- Serve as a resource for HR policies, benefits, and employee relations.
- Support performance appraisals, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
- Ensure accurate employee records and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with investigations, conflict resolution, and workplace initiatives.
