We’re seeking an experienced Director of Software to lead technology strategy, client interactions, and team management. This hybrid role offers a mix of client-facing work, project oversight, and team leadership, ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and a passion for client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spend 50% of your time collaborating with clients to understand their needs, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead and mentor IT staff, oversee performance, and manage recruitment to build a high-performing team.
• Work with sales, operations, and client services to prioritize projects and ensure timely execution.
• Guide infrastructure and software development, enforce best practices, and lead code reviews.
• Manage departmental budgets, procure infrastructure/software, and oversee day-to-day IT operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years leading software development teams and managing client-facing projects, preferably in a startup environment.
• Expertise in web development, data integrations, cloud infrastructure, and mobile apps.
• Proven experience managing teams, setting goals, and driving performance.
