    Director of Information Technology

    Baltimore/Washington Metro Area (Hybrid: 3 days in-office)

    Compensation: $150K-$175K + 20% bonus

    30% travel to clinic locations

    District Partners has been engaged to conduct the search for a Director of Information Technology on behalf of a leading provider of outpatient addiction and mental health treatment services in the Mid-Atlantic region. This is a unique opportunity to transform multi-state IT operations across Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Washington, D.C.

    Opportunity:

    The Director of Information Technology will be instrumental in transforming IT operations, focusing on process improvement, vendor management, and multi-site infrastructure optimization. Responsibilities include:

    • Leading IT initiatives and strategy 
    • Managing SaaS applications and mobile device management (MDM) 
    • Ensuring data security and regulatory compliance 
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth 
    • Driving innovation in IT services 

     

    Ideal Candidate:

    We’re looking for someone with:

    • 7+ years of IT leadership experience, ideally in healthcare 
    • Expertise in electronic medical records (EMR) systems like Credible and SAMMS
    • Knowledge of data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) 
    • Strong skills in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and vendor management
    • Proven ability in disaster recovery planning and compliance
