    Opportunity: Director of Loan Servicing

    Director of Loan Servicing – Your Role

    You will lead and oversee the Loan Servicing Department.

    • Directly oversee the daily operations of the department, including ensuring that assigned work and workflow is clear, clearly documented, adequate and to quality standards and overall output
    • Identify and timely resolve issues, serving as escalation point and providing the loan servicing team support and leadership
    • Oversee training and staff development ensuring that staff receive ongoing mentorship and training
    • Participate in hiring and staffing decisions for the department
    • Ensure that all established policies and procedures are documented, in place and performed (including daily reconciliations, collecting borrower payments timely and ensuring borrower compliance with ongoing covenants)
    • Serve as back up to the team in the case of team absences

    Director of Loan Servicing - Required Skills, Experience & Culture Fit

    You have:

    • Prior experience managing and leading a loan servicing team – you enjoy mentoring and managing
    • Executive presence and demonstrate leadership
    • Experience working in a loan servicing department within a bank, financial institution, credit union, private equity, hard money lender or private money business
    • You are a troubleshooter and problem solver
    • Ability to work in office in Sacramento daily with the team

    Director of Loan Servicing - You Might Have (Desired Not Required)

    • Experience working in funding real estate transactions
    • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and The Mortgage Office (TMO) software

    Your compensation will be $100,000 or higher plus additional bonus opportunity.
