DIRECT HIRE | DIRECTOR OF MARKETING | MANUFACTURING | Remote
**This is a remote position, but the ideal location would be in the Phoenix area (second choice would be Atlanta, GA)**
Client (Manufacturer) is seeking a dynamic marketing leader with a passion for driving brand success and sales growth. The ideal candidate is an innovative and hands-on Marketing professional eager to take the helm of marketing efforts for their thriving manufacturing business. This person will lead a small team to craft and execute strategic initiatives that bolster their brand, amplify their digital presence, and enhance engagement that impacts the sales funnel.
Company details: 10+ manufacturing facilities across the USA, growth-mode, emerging product/process for use across many markets: Commercial, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Engineering, Data Centers, Multi-Family, and more.
- Anticipate $120K-$130K range (+/-), dependent on experience

- Remote position (ideal candidates located in Phoenix or Atlanta)
Role:
- Develop strong relationships with senior leadership and build full understanding of the business operating drivers
- Lead efforts in brand management, a centralized strategy, and navigating a 'house of brands' model
- Plan, Develop, and Execute marketing campaigns, assessing their commercial impacts across physical and digital channels
- Map the end-to-end customer journey and identify opportunities to drive customer advocacy and retention
- Design optimal customer experience and delivery development roadmap (organizational alignment including people, processes and technology)
- Putting in place outbound and digital demand strategies, tools, and technologies to drive sales funnel engagement and meet commercial objectives
- Using Data, KPIs, and opportunity analysis to drive outcomes and challenge the status quo
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Leadership position
- Creative and Innovative mindset, "outside the box" marketing approach
- Demonstrated leadership, influence, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with all organizational levels, including executive leadership
- Expertise in marketing strategy, data integration, analysis, and sales funnel/pipeline analysis using Salesforce CRM or similar.
